Kano Pillars have confirmed Ibrahim A. Musa as its new technical adviser ahead of the 2017/2018 Nigeria Professional Football League season.
The tactician has been acting in the capacity after the exit of Kadiri Ikhana during the just concluded NPFL season.
The club chairman Alhaji Muhammad Tukur Babaginda confirmed his appointment in a statement signed by the team’s media officer Idris Malikawa after the board’s meeting at the club’s secretariat in Kano.
The chairman also confirmed the appointment of Kabiru Baleria as the team’s manager with immediate effect. Other appointments include Ahmad Yaro-Yaro as Chief Coach, Christopher Friday as Assistant Coach and Muzaumid Aliyu was retained as the goalkeeper trainer.
Sai Masu Gida finshed eighth (8th) with 54 points from 38 games in the 2016/2017 season.
