QPR have had an offer for Blackpool winger Bright Osayi-Samuel rejected, before the close of transfer deadline.
The English Championship side previously made an approach for the 20-year-old Nigerian and have made another attempt to sign him.
Blackpool chairman Karl Oyston has again indicated that he is not willing to sell. A £750, 000 offer was reportedly made.
A number of other clubs have shown an interest in Osayi-Samuel in recent months.
He is a product of Blackpool’s youth system and has made 79 appearances for the League One club.
