Kwara United FC chairman and board member of the Nigeria National League, Prince Oladimeji Ladi Thompson has tasked the technical crew and players of the Club to remain focus and committed to the promotion bid by ensuring that valuable points are earn on the road.
In a statement signed by the media officer of Kwara United FC, Abdulwaheed Bibire said Prince Oladimeji gave the charge in Ilorin, the Kwara state capital after the week eight encounter against Mighty Jets of Jos which ended in favour of the home team
According to him the league is still young and all the teams participating stand the chances of gaining promotion to the Nigeria professional football league, hence, the need for the Harmony Boys to prove their mettle by ensuring that playing top flight football is the target.
He disclosed that the management will continue to do everything humanly possible to address all issues that will make the players put in their best.
Prince Oladimeji also called on the supporters and fans of the Club to continue rally round the team emphasizing that “united they stand the best for the club”
Kwara United FC is currently second on the log in the northern conference after the week nine encounter and will be on the road this weekend to face Sokoto FC in the week ten of the Bet9ja Nigeria National League.
