Players and officials of Rivers United FC have arrived in Sudan ahead of Saturday’s CAF Champions League first round game against Al-Merrikh.

The United contingent arrived at the Khartoum International Airport at about 2am local time on Friday, March 17.

The contingent had initially embarked on a five hour flight from Lagos to Addis Ababa from 1:15pm, Nigerian time on Thursday, March 16.
