Premier League referee Anthony Taylor is to be the centre referee during Nigeria’s international friendly against Senegal on Thursday night at The Hive Stadium.

The match is scheduled to kick off at 8pm (9pm Nigerian time).

Taylor has officiated World Cup qualifiers games, UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Europa League matches and will be assisted by Harry Lennard and Constantine Hatzidakis. The fourth official for the game is another renowned English referee Andre Marriner.

The 38-year-old Taylor has officiated 187 Premier League games, issuing 641 yellow cards and 37 red cards.

Taylor was in charge of the game between Manchester City and Chelsea at the Ethiad Stadium in December where he sent off two City players Sergio Aguero and Fernandinho.
