Super Eagles goalkeeper Carl Ikeme is back between the sticks for his SkyBet Championship side, Wolverhampton Wanderers and kept a clean sheet in a 2-0 win over Nottingham Forest on Saturday.

The 29-year-old, who is coach Gernot Rohr’s first choice for Nigeria senior team, is excited to be back with Wolves and took to Twitter to make it known.

Helder Costa and Ivan Cavaleiro were on target as The Wolves earned all three points at the City Ground.

It is Ikeme’s fourth clean sheet of the league campaign in 17 appearances for Wolves who now sit in the 18th position in the log with 25 points from 22 games.
