Nigeria international midfielder Rabiu Ibrahim scored a goal for Slovak club AS Trencin in a 4-1 win over Zlate Moravce in a league game Saturday.
He scored in the 65th minute the third goal for Trencin in the match, coincidentally his third goal in his last five games in Slovak League.
Rabiu Ibrahim is a pivotal player for the Slovak club, after helping AS Trencin lift the Slovakia Cup and League for the first time in their history last season.
He has now become a regular face in Sunday Oliseh’s reign as Super Eagles coach and fast becoming an important player for Nigeria, after several years in “exile”.
AS Trencin top the league table with 35 points.
Kingsley Madu, another Nigerian player in the team started the game.
