The week 34 matches of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) have been moved to Wednesday, October 21 has a result of this weekend’s CHAN qualifier between Nigeria and Burkina Faso.

NPFL officials disclosed that the league clubs will be missing their top players who will be in action for the home-based Super Eagles.

“We have just been informed league matches slated for this weekend will now be played on Wednesday because of the CHAN qualifier against Burkina Faso on Sunday,” an LMC official said.

Nigeria will entertain their Burkina Faso counterparts at the Adokiye Amiesiamaka Stadium in Port Harcourt on Sunday with the return leg a week later in Ouagadougou.
