Super Eagles striker Odion Ighalo has committed his future with Premier League side, Watford after he signed a new five-year contract keeping him tied at the Hornets until 2020.
The 26 years old scored 21 goals in 42 appearances since signing for Watford in July 2014.
He initially moved to Watford on loan ahead of the 2014/15 campaign, but the move was made permanent three months into the promotion-winning season after a successful start at the Vicarage Road.
The Nigerian was at his best in the early months of 2015, scoring a remarkable 13 goals in nine matches at the start of the year, and went on to find the net 20 times in 22 league starts.
Odion Ighalo opened his Premier League account with Watford’s second goal in a 2-2 draw at Everton on the opening day of 2015/16.
