Super Eagles striker Brown Ideye has been listed by Greek champions Olympiacos in their squad for the group stage of this season’s UEFA Champions League.

Ideye moved over to Olympiacos from English Premier League side Westbrom Albion during the European window transfer and it has been suggested that the major attraction for Ideye was the chance of Champions League football.

In the list released by Olympiacos on Monday, Ideye is amongst the six strikers registered for the competition and will be heading back to England in one of the games as the Greek champions have been grouped alongside Bayern Munich, Arsenal and Dinamo Zagreb in the Group F.

Olympiacos’ Champions League squad:

Goalkeepers: Roberto, Kapino

Defenders: Botia, Da Costa, Elabdellaoui, Maniatis, Masuaku, Salino, Siovas, Vouros

Midfields: Bouchalakis, Cambiasso, Dominguez, Fortounis, Kasami, Milivojevic

Forwards: Seba, Finnbogason, Ideye, Pardo, Pulido, Hernani
