Former Nigeria international Segun Odegbami has revealed that he would like to run for president of the world football governing body, FIFA.
“Africa must play a big role in world football,” Odegbami told BBC Sport.
The Mathematical Shege is only the second African to have shown interest to become FIFA president after Musa Bility of Liberia.
Michel Platini and Chung Mong-Joon among others have announced bids to run. All candidates are expected to have the backing of five FIFA members before October 26.
The elections will take place on the 26th of February, 2016..
