Super Eagles striker Anthony Ujah scored in the last minute to help SV Werder Bremen claim a 3-1 away win over TSG Hoffenheim on the road in the German Bundesliga on Sunday.

Bremen had taken the lead through Zlatko Junuzovic against a winless Hoffenheim but the hosts drew level in the second half when substitute Eduardo Vargas fired past the legs of goalkeeper Felix Weidwald.

But the visitors would have the last say of the game when Claudio Pizzaro tee up Ujah for his second goal of the season before Junuzovic wrapped things up late in the dying minutes of the contest.
