Super Falcons forward, Asisat Lamina Oshoala will be out of action for both club and country for at least two months because of a knee injury, according to the head coach of the Falcons.


Coach Christopher Danjuma communicated that the reigning CAF African Women’s player of the Year will remain on the sideline for a period of two monthes according to reports he got from the doctor of the Liverpool Ladies, the club Oshoala plays for.

“The Liverpool doctor has informed us that Oshoala is nursing a knee injury and she will be sidelined for at least two months,” said Danjuma.

This means that Oshoala will miss next month’s All-Africa Games to take place in Congo Brazaville..
